- Returns
- With all deliveries you will receive a returns form. We advise you to use the 'Standard Parcel Delivery Service' with the extra compensation option if the goods are over the value of £27.00 Extreme Direct Ltd does not offer a free returns service, however if any goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, standard postage charges will be refunded. We regret that Underwear & unsealed DVD's & videos are non-returnable and swimwear must be returned with the protective sticker intact. Please note Extreme-Direct is not liable for any returns that are lost. All returns must be received within 14 days and be unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right not to refund any item after the 14 days or not in original packaging.
- Due to their personalised nature of the products was are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on either custom wheel builds, or decks that have had the grip tape fitted.
- Rims
- Please note, due to the nature of the products we will only be able to accept rims back to replacement or refund due to peeling chrome within 14 days of delivery.
- Chrome rims will start to flake and peel through normal use due to normal wear and tear, they can also be effected by how they are stored. In our experience rims that peel or flake due to a manufacturing fault would do so with a week of first being used hence the 14 day limit.
- Delivery
- Extreme Direct will despatch Express Orders within two working day of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be any type of delay we will contact you (Cancellations are not charged).
- Next Day Delivery
- Orders placed before 1pm can be put on a Guaranteed 24 hours service and will arrive the next working day.

- Most parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will someone available to do this or that you request a different delivery address at the time of ordering.
- Changing the delivery address of a parcel after it has been dispatched or redispatching the parcel after a failed delivery attempt will incur an extra charge.
- We are no longer able to accept a different address for delivery on internet orders. To have your goods delivered to another address call us on 0844 844 0092.
- Charges are not refundable.
